The report presents typology of conflicts in the region and highlights their scenarios (possible trajectories) and recommendations to mitigate worst-case scenarios from occurring. It is a product of intensive and iterative consultations with thematic experts from the Member States and experts drawn from IGAD Programs. The report was presented to and endorsed by the Committe of Permanent Secretaries of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
